Women's Health Tools — All-in-one
A privacy-first set of client-only tools for cycles, pregnancy, postpartum and hormonal tracking. No back-end, no external APIs.
WHO Guidance & Professional Notes
This collection follows widely accepted WHO guidance: menstrual health is a health & human rights issue; antenatal contacts are recommended early in pregnancy; contraception and self-care guidance exist for safe use; family planning clinical guidance is available. Use these tools for self-monitoring and education only — seek professional care for worrying signs (heavy bleeding, severe pain, missed periods with pregnancy risk, reduced fetal movements, signs of labor complications).
Menstrual Cycle Tracker
Typical cycle length ranges 21–35 days; track variability. Seek care if cycles are persistently irregular, very heavy, or accompanied by severe pain.
Ovulation Predictor & Fertility Window
Based on LMP and cycle length — predicts ovulation (approx 14 days before next period) and a 6-day fertile window (5 days before ovulation + day of ovulation).
Period Flow & Symptom Logger
PMS Tracker (mood & symptoms)
Pregnancy Week-by-Week & Due Date Countdown
Trimester Health Checklist
- Early contact with health provider within first 12 weeks.
- Antenatal visits per schedule; nutrition and vaccination advice.
- Monitor fetal movements in third trimester; seek care if reduced.
Baby Kick Counter
Tap to count kicks — typical practice: count how long it takes to reach 10 movements, or count movements over a fixed period.
Contraction Timer (for labour monitoring)
Start when a contraction begins, stop when it ends — records duration and interval. Seek clinical care when contractions are regular, strong, and close together (e.g. every 5 minutes for 1 hour or per local guidance).
