Introduction Code and Clutch provides digital marketing services to clients worldwide. These terms explain services fees deliverables liability and client responsibilities. Clients must provide accurate information and comply with local laws.
Consumer rights and fair practice We commit to transparent pricing and clear deliverables. Clients in Kenya have rights to information and remedies if services are not delivered as agreed. We will work to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
Electronic signature and record keeping By signing electronically on this page the client accepts the contract and consents to e signing. Clients should keep a copy of their signed agreement. For formal legal evidence you may request a PDF copy by contacting the agency.
Payment Service fees start at USD 100. Payment via Pesapal link above or other method by written agreement. Clients are responsible for applicable taxes including VAT as required by Kenyan tax law.
Limitation of liability We will use reasonable skill and care but we do not guarantee specific revenue or sales. Liability for direct losses is limited to amounts paid for the services in the prior 12 month period unless law requires otherwise.
Governing law This agreement is governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes will be handled by mediation in the first instance then by courts if necessary.
